The official description names seven appearance controls. allthings.how supplies a sample early phone and the screen-cost observation; Roonby describes resolution, refresh rate, camera, and cost tradeoffs. These are sourced starting points, not tested best builds. None of those sources establishes a 4.8 review cutoff or an optimal design for every year.

A sourced early build and an upgrade method
The sample 2007 phone in allthings.how is a 6.1 inch 320p device with Micro USB, 4 GB storage, 128 MB RAM, a 400 MHz core, a 1000 mAh battery, and 2G. That is a starting point, not a forever build. RoboOS has to be researched first.
Roblox lists tablets, smartwatches, earbuds, foldables, laptops, AR headsets, and drones as research unlocks. It does not specify the year or required sequence for each. The research guide explains choosing the next useful technology rather than inventing a 2015 flagship.
Ship one configuration, read reviews and sales, then change a single lever. Shipping the same parts again is the stall described on selling phones.

What phone scores 4.8 or higher?
No sourced guide gives that threshold. I am not publishing a fake cutoff.
Does a bigger screen always win?
It costs more. allthings.how says it does not directly cut the review. Whether buyers pay for it is a sales reading, not a rule.
Can I copy a YouTube layout?
You can copy the parts if they exist in your year. Refresh rate and panel type show up in Roonby’s option list, but not as a ranked best.
