We re-read allthings.how and Roonby on 24 October 2026. Both give the $150,000 office price, but only allthings.how gives the 2-to-6 desk capacities. Roonby requires two more device launches and $400,000 worth of device sales. The budget examples below are arithmetic using those reports, not in-game price tests or a complete furniture catalog.

What the office budget must cover
The reported capacity gain is four slots. Dividing the $150,000 office fee by four gives $37,500 per additional slot. That is an allocation of the office fee, not the shop price of an individual desk.
A useful planning equation is cash remaining = current cash - $150,000 - planned furniture spending - production reserve - payroll reserve. Furniture and wages have to come from the current company figures; neither article supplies a full price table or salary sheet.
